Fenvynvyn Studios provides rental access to broadcast and news production facilities across Canada. These Terms govern your access to and use of our studios, equipment, and related services.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking or entering any of our facilities.

2. Acceptance of Terms #

Your booking, payment, or entry to our premises constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Safety Policy, and any on-site instructions posted by our staff.

If you do not agree, do not proceed with a booking or use any equipment or space provided by Fenvynvyn Studios.

3. Eligibility #

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory and legally capable of entering binding agreements in Canada.

Organizations must designate an authorized representative responsible for compliance with these Terms and on-site conduct of all attendees.

4. Bookings and Payment #

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a signed agreement and deposit, as applicable. Rates are quoted before taxes and fees.

Overtime, damage, and additional services (e.g., technical support, special equipment) are billable and may be charged to your payment method on file.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking times, locations, and requirements communicated to Fenvynvyn Studios.

5. Studio Use Policies #

You agree to comply with all safety rules, signage, and staff directions. Only qualified personnel may operate specialized equipment.

No illegal, hazardous, or disruptive activities are permitted. You are responsible for the behavior of your crew, guests, and contractors.

Keep all areas clean and return furniture and equipment to their original positions. Additional cleaning fees may apply if required.

6. Cancellations and Refunds #

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on notice provided and the terms of your specific booking confirmation.

Fenvynvyn Studios may cancel or reschedule due to safety, technical, or facility issues. In such cases, fees paid for unused time will be refunded or credited.

7. Liability and Insurance #

You assume all risks related to your activities at the premises. You are liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the facilities.

Commercial bookings may be required to carry adequate insurance and to provide proof upon request. Fenvynvyn Studios’ total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected booking.

8. Intellectual Property #

Site content, trademarks, and materials made available by Fenvynvyn Studios are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without prior written permission.

You retain rights to content you create using our facilities, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

9. Privacy and Cookies #

We process personal information in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable Canadian privacy laws. We use essential cookies for security and functionality.

10. Governing Law #

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
